MergeOmatic version 2.1.1 is now available with enhancements that were requested by you!  For example, based on your feedback hereand here, we fixed an issue where non-constituents were being promoted to full constituents and we added a constituent search option to the Duplicate Results & Merge Queue screens:

Also, notice that the constituent name is a hyperlink so you can click through to the record without using a right-click menu! Check out the full list of enhancements in this release below.

Merge Duplicates

Updated the confirmation popup when starting a bulk merge to display the number of merges and number of groups

Corrected errors in the Merge Monitor's Duplicate groups to merge count when merging from the Review Duplicates screen

 

Analysis

Fixed the Duplicates by User chart so that it shows the correct counts Per Month and Per Year

Thumbnails for the Duplicates by Score chart and Duplicates by User chart retain data after sending all possible duplicates to the merge queue

 

Duplicate Exclusions

Updated the layout of the duplicate exclusions list
