Go into RE Query, and in the ScoreOmatic category delete ScoreOmatic Sample Query. Let us know if that resolves the issue.

I have deleted the sample query and attempted to create another profile. The same issue occurs. I do not see ScOM profiles listed but it tells me to save as a different name it exists already.

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I was out of the office TH and FR and let this slip. You must have another query in another category named the same as the default that ScoreOmatic is trying to create (ScoreOmatic Sample Query). That is the error you are logging. Can you search for other queries and me know?

The last time you logged the query error was on 12/8, if you have crashed RE since then, then that is not the cause of that problem and I would have to let it go through our support department from there. I believe you already have a case opened with them.

Hello,
I have Score-O-Matic installed however every time I create a new profile and save it, RE crashes.The profile I save doesn't appear and when I try to recreate the profile, it tells me it already exists.
I had 1.1.3.4 installed then I updated the latest version experiencing the same issues. Has anyone else experienced this?
