Hi Barbara,

To launch FindOmatic for Raiser's Edge (FOM RE): Press Alt+Alt

NOTE: FOM RE requires that RE be the active window when you try to launch it, so please click anywhere inside RE immediately before pressing Alt+Alt. This is the most common reason that FOM RE does not launch.

To close FOM RE: Press Esc

You will want to close FOM RE to keep it from staying on top of the applications.
