Do you get this message when navigating to the Plugins section of RE, or when clicking on the RecordRadar link itself to start RR?

Also, just to eliminate one possible cause, can you re-run the setup and choose repair and see if that makes any difference?

Sorry for the inconvenience Jordan. It appears this is an installer issue, we'll update the download today to correct.
