Exception Files Suddenly Saving As .txt

Hello - All of a sudden my exception files are saving at a .txt rather than the usual .csv

How do I fix this?

I don't think you can fix it -- I believe it's hard coded into the product that way now.  I think it started happening a few versions back :(  
It is not hard coded in the product that way. We have been unable to duplicate the issue in house. Please contact support and perhaps they will be able to reproduce the issue with your help. Thanks.
You can open a case with our support department bu just sending them an email reporting the problem. support@omaticsoftware.com
The only thing we have found so that should resolve the issue is to recreate the profile. I know that is not a good solution, but we have not yet discovered how the profile is being modified to cause the behavior. We are working on it, but as mentioned, we have not been able to duplicate it so far.

Thanks for the updates, Steve.  It's not too big of a deal, as long as I remember to open Excel and run the text import wizard.
