We're looking at moving our servers and are concerned about maintaining our linked media. I know that this subject is fuzzy at best, but I thought I'd throw it out here since Omatic has been great at solving all of my problems. :)
I know about the Blackbaud plug-in and all of that, but I'm wondering if anyone has come up with a way to see a list of the files and paths for all linked media in the database. I'd love to know ahead of time how many files we're even talking about and whether or not they are being centrally stored. It would be helpful to know this NOW during the planning process and maybe use it to clean up some stray files along the way.
I'm wishing for the moon and stars here, but any ideas for me?
