Enhanced Appeal Processing

Hi all,

We are using enhanced appeal processing, whereby we map the appeal id as the master id and the fund & campaign is automatically assigned.

We sometimes also need to add a package id as well, but when I try to do this it comes up with the following error, even though the package is valid and assigned to the appeal.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi Bridget,

Double check the package ID value in your file to make sure it is the ID and not the description.

Please let me know if the package appears to be in the correct format.

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for getting back to me. It is definitely the Package ID that I am using. I am mapping the appeal to the Master ID and adding the Package ID as a static gift field in the virtual fields area. Is this correct?

Hi Bridget,

In RE go to Tools--> User Options--> Records tab--> Appeals - do you have this set to Description or ID? If it's set to Description try changing it to ID.
