Error code - Microsoft

Hi:

 

I have received the following error message:

ERROR [42000] [Microsoft][ODBC Excel Driver] Syntax error in FROM clause

 

Has anyone else received this error?  Does it have something to due with upgrade of Microsoft Office that is not compatible with Omatic?

Hi Gwenanne,

Are you using the MasterID option when importing your gifts, and using the Excel file translation method?

You can find this in your IOM profile under Gifts:

Check the header row in your MasterIDs file and make sure there aren't any spaces and that you have all of the columns (even if you aren't importing values for them):
